Shipping & Delivery Policy

Q. What are the delivery charges?

A. Delivery charges may apply on certain products/services and would be communicated at the time of order processing. 

Q. What are the estimated delivery times?

A. We deliver your order within 2-5 working days after dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-7 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints. 

Q. On which days is delivery not available?

A. We don’t deliver on Public, national or bank holidays. 

Q. Are there any hidden charges such as Octroi or Sales Tax when I make the payment?

A. There are no such hidden charges when you buy any product from us. The price listed on our website are final and inclusive of all taxes.  The price you see on the product page are the final prices you pay.Shipping charges may apply for addresses out side India – the same shall be communicated at the time of order processing. 

Q. Is it possible to request for change the delivery address at any point of time once the order has been placed?

A. Order has been placed but not dispatched.Once the order has been placed but not dispatched that means we have received the confirmation and your order is in our warehouse where we are working to get it dispatched. So as your order is still not dispatched, you need to contact our customer service team on kshitizsood1986@gmail.com as soon as possible for the changes in the order. Please note for security reasons we will require you to answer few security questions before we can make any changes to your order. Order has been placed and dispatched.Once the order has been placed and dispatched, for we would be unable to redirect the order to the secondary delivery address. Q. Product cannot be shipped to my area, why?

A. Although we ship to maximum places in different parts of India and we are continuously working on increasing our reach to make our products easily available to everyone in different locations. But whether the order can or cannot be delivered to your address also depends on:-Whether our trusted delivery partner can deliver at your address.Legal Restrictions, if any, on shipping particular products to your location.The availability of reliable courier partner in your location. 

Q. I have placed an order, but may not be able to receive it due to unexpected circumstances. Can you hold the delivery until I can receive it?

A. If you placed order is not yet dispatched then please to contact our customer team on +91-9810785872 as soon as possible for the changes. Please note for security reasons we will require you to answer few security questions before we can make any changes to your order.But if your order is already dispatched then we are sorry we won’t be able to hold your delivery.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Q. What is the general return policy on theultracare Products?

A. In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products so we give an option for you to inform us within 14 days of the date of receipt of delivery.Only few points to consider:-You can initiate the return process by mailing us at kshitizsood1986@gmail.com or calling us on +91-9810785872 The product should return us within 14 days of the date of the receipt of delivery. Please ensure the product is in its original condition, unopened and unused product along with the original invoice, box and price tags.If in case the courier is found ineligible for refund, we will send the product back to you.You will have an option to take refund or exchange the product, as per your request. For payment made by card we will refund in the same bank account. For money paid by cash on delivery or any other mode we will issue cheque in the registered name of customer. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of particular products.Returns/replacements not applicable on orders delivered outside India.

 Q. What should I do if I receive a Defective item or not something which I ordered?

A. Under such circumstances you can inform us within the 14 days of receipt of the product.  You can inform us on by writing a mail on kshitizsood1986@gmail.com or calling us on +91-9810785872 Please follow the steps below for returning damaged, defective or wrong product:-Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the products and product should reach us within 10 days of sending the request.  Product should be returned in original packaging along with original box, price tags and invoice. As soon as we receive your items back, we inspect it to ensure everything is present and is in original conditions and then we issue the full refund or exchange with similar or different item as per your request.Please note that replacements are subject to availability of particular products.Payment made by card will be refunded on the same bank account and an online transfer will be issued on the bank details shared by the customer for payment made by Cash on delivery.  

Q. What is your category specific policy for return?

A.Nutrition- Our nutrition products should be received in original packaging as you received. Product should be sealed as original, opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Factors such as stomach upset, headache, flavour like/dislike would not be applicable for return. Please consult with your doctor before buying the products.  Sports and fitness accessories- return policy is only applicable in case of issue with size or if you receive the product in a damaged condition.Service- This category is not applicable for any refund.Eligibility for refund -Products which are unused and in its original new condition if not defective or damages.Products which are not damaged or broken by customersProducts which are not tampered and is not missing its Serial/UPC number.Product returned back in its original packaging including box and other items as received along with the particular product.We are here to serve you best. Q. Are there any processing fees for replacements or returns?


A. The customer may be liable to pay a processing fee in case of returns or replacements under certain scenarios – including, but not limited to requesting a change of flavor/product/variant or any requests of similar nature. The processing fee amount will be conveyed to the customer at the time of taking the request for replacement or return and the request will be processed further after the payment for the processing fee has been processed.
In case of errors in the product such as incorrect product/variant/flavor shipped to the customer, there will be no processing fee applicable on requests for returns or replacement.Returns/refunds may not be applicable for orders delivered outside India.

Q. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pickup?

 A. You can Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs of Rs 100 for any courier charges borne by you to send the product to us.Returns/refunds may not be applicable for orders delivered outside India. 

Q. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation or return?

A. For payment made by:Debit/Credit or any other Card- We will refund in the same bank account.Cash on delivery or any other mode- An online transfer would be made using bank account details shared by the customer 

Q. In case of a refund, in how many days will the money be refunded?A. The money will be refunded according to the guidelines above in 14 working days.  

Q. In how many days will the product be delivered in the product replacement process?

A. The product will be replaced and delivered to you in 14 working days after your request for replacement of product is approved. 

Q. I have placed an order but due to some reason I need to cancel it. Can I do that?

A. If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to User within 14 working daysWe will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, it is pertinent to note that we have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
